Tala is responsible for the marketing and communication efforts of the company. In addition, she directs media relations, branding, events and advertising.

 

She has more than 13 years of experience in the communications, marketing, and sales fields. Prior to joining the company, she was the Head of Communications at Jabal Omar Development Company.

 

In 2014, she joined Al-Dabbagh Group Holding as the Internal Communications & PR Senior Manager, where she helped build a culture where two-way internal communication is fundamental and integral to the success of the organization and its staff. During her time, she managed and executed a range of high-profile forums and conferences in various countries.

 

Before joining Al-Dabbagh Group, she worked in the Business Development Department at SAED Alraida Company, where she improved the performance of the sales and marketing departments, identified new market segments, and developed key marketing strategies to grow the business.

 

Tala attended the University of Business & Technology in Jeddah, where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
